These terms cover https://www.breadbuilding.com and text messages from Bread Building, a community managed by Crown Residential ("Bread Building," "we," "us," or "our").
Text message program
If you opt in, Bread Building and Crown Residential may send you automated text messages (SMS or MMS) at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent by our team or by our service provider, Tykuno, acting for us. Tykuno cannot approve an application, set rent, or sign a lease.
Messages may include replies to your inquiry, tour scheduling, availability, applications, move-in, resident services, maintenance updates, and community information. Some messages may include leasing offers or other promotional content.
You opt in by checking the optional texting box on our website forms, including https://www.breadbuilding.com/contact-us, or by another clear written request we keep on file. The box is unchecked until you check it. We do not treat a phone number alone as consent to text. You may submit a form with the box unchecked. Consent to texts is not required to tour, apply, lease, or receive any other service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or call (754) 345-3217. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation and then no further program messages unless you opt in again.
You must be 18 or older to opt in. The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates. We may use vendors only to help us deliver the messages, including Tykuno and our texting carriers. Those vendors may not use your number to market their own products.
